Im 16 and my dad just gave me his old car(which is really nice since he has not driven it much, only 45k miles) that has tan leather in really good condition. l was debating on buying car sun shades for it so the leather would not get damaged by the sun. Do they really help? or are they pointless?

Id go with a UV protection window tint. You cant tint front windows, so I'd get shades for those. With a tint, it will always be there & u wont have to always put it up or take it down, & it will keep ur car cool in the summer. Window tints r pretty cheap. Make sure u get a GOOD tint job (make sure they use 3M or another good product) & make sure that they guarantee that it wont fade, bubble, etc for the lifetime of the car. A tint job of this caliber will cost about $250.

No l use one in my car it really helps the dash, seats, steering wheel. And you can have it up at night for security.

Mine is black so at night you cannot see through the front wind shield.

Defiantly not a waste of money. l promise.

l do not really know. I've heard they work and then some people say they don't. l they're cheap than get it. Just in case
