ok l just buy a mustang 65 but l can find the switch for the emergency lights l have a 69 fairlane and is in the side of the steering columnbut where can l find it in the mustang

If there is one it is on the steering column, but l do not think it has one

there is many fourms that might help l dont recall where mine was on 67

check the glove box, l remember them there.. the 66 owners manual list them in the glove compartment, but the earlier models were not equipped..not sure when they started adding them, but that is where you will find it..

They are in the glove box on my 66.

The '65 Mustang did not have emergency flashers, they became standard on the '66 Mustang.

You may not have them, they were an option, and probably one that was ordered in very low numbers. They became standard in '66 and newer models, and like mentioned, with a switch located in the glove box. You could always add them to your '65, should be a fairly simple add-on, and could be hidden if original appearance is desired.
