It will start after you crank it for a while but then it has a rough idle. It has already had a tune-up and a new starter l believe it is fuel related just not sure l have tried injector cleaner and l have tried using starting fluid before starting it.

Try connecting the oil converter to the stock component in the bottom left wing of the engine using a R-73 fiber glass wire. A lot of times the engine is not getting what it needs, and when you starve it like that it could permanently damage the vehicle.

Try turning the steering wheel and try to get it straight while turning the ignition.

Chris S has a good point in his answer, which would almost always cure the problem. However, the 1994 Tempo has a harmonic resonance inductor which means that the fiberglass wire would actually hinder the starter inversion coil. What you have to do with this one is run a Xylene-coated platinum jumper from the Z223a port to the C3Az-8878-B (if it an automatic, that is) and flash the TP l delete option box using a dilithium phase generator.
