turn the hub locks on the wheels.

the switch is either bad or it just needs cleaned. Take it out and clean it with vinegar and a toothbrush. make sure you brush around the base of the button and see if this will help them move. If not your switch is bad.. Ohh yeah if cleaning it works make sure you let it dry before you plug back in.

Auto parts stores may have the kit to convert the front hubs to manual and you may have to pull the dash to clean the automatic hub switch.
