So i got a 1998 explorer and was wonderin if there was any tips i can put on the exhaust to make it sound good

dude, you've posted your question 3 times. GET MUFFLERS, NOT TIPS.

The only car that sounds good is one with a solidly built MUFFLER that deadens the noise, not one that ''enhances'' or makes louder.

Well instead of tips l would probably go to a local autozone or car type store & look for a flowmaster muffler. l think explorers only have 1 muffler, well anyways take it to some sort of exhaust shop & have them weld it on where ur previous muffler was. This will add a little bit of sound to ur car. You can get a chrome tailpipe, but to be honest with u l dont think it makes a difference, ur best bet is definitely aftermarket mufflers, like l said, they r cheap & still legal.

what you will need is to go too your parts store and get a 2.5 inch flowmaster exhust or a magnaflow exhust
