Is it a good daily car to drive? How is the gas mileage? Is it a good first car? And any other information would be great to know about the car. Thanks!
Is it expensive to repair?

The Mustang GT is a great sports car with reasonable gas milage for a v8 the mpg is 17 in city and 26 on highway. Overall a great car but unless your used to driving, l would not get a v8 for your 1st car incase an accident occurs.

not a very good choice for a first car, the v8, and all GT is have one, will cost you a bundle in insurance premiums and probably get you a lot of tickets that will take years to get off your record so you can get reasonable insurance..

l would start with a six cylinder Mustang for the better mileage and lower insurance rates, then when your ready get the GT..

Best Mustang since the original. Fine for a daily driver if you live in an area without snow or ice. Very good for a 300 HP car. First car; doubtful since that implies you're an inexperienced driver. A lot of power to control besides being rear wheel drive with a light rear end. Your insurance will be very high if you can find a company to accept you. The V6 Mustang is quite quick & your insurance may not be as bad. Plus it is much less expensive to buy & operate.

l would describe the mustang Gt as an excellant car for daily driving, with good highway manners, & overall excellent performance especially for the price. They r pretty bad in the rain, & absolutely horrible in the snow. Repeat, horrible in the snow. Gas mileage should be mid 20 is if driven with a light foot. They r pretty cheap to repair, similar to the cost of any other domestic. My first car was a GT, & l know why people say kids should not get them, as even l ended up in the woods a few times(fortunately only hit bushes, not trees). They r light in the rear with more than enough power to send ur ass around. Newer models have traction control to stop this, but its easily turned off. Theres enough info on these cars online, & in mustang mags, that l dont feel the need to retype it all. My advice is if u buy a GT, only get on it in a straight line, & never put it sideways in second gear, things go bad fast with the back tires hung out. Oh yeah, if the ad says ''automatic'' keep searching till it says ''5speed''

Mustangs are well engineered cars. There should not be many problems with them and the parts are cheap.

depends which model year ur talking about. im familiar with 94-2004 models. l dont know anything about the 2005 + models.

i think they r great cars. ive had 6 mustangs. my first car was a 98 mustang v6 (the best car ever) then l got obsessed with the cars. the 96, 97 cobras r great but the rear end gets loose wayy too easily & def would NOT reccomend first car. ive flipped one & it was not fun.
anyway.
the 94 95 mustang gt have 5.0 engines in them.
i personally like the 96-2004 gt bc of the 4.6 engine.
best gt l ever had was a 2001. it was very dependable & didnt give me any trouble. the 94-98 seem to have little annoying issues, even more now bc they r getting older.
