l wanna get a lift kit for my 1989 ford f 150 about 4 in maybe what else do l need with the lift and how easy will this be ??

l first recommend you look around for the best deal. You might and might not to upgrade you rear springs in your truck just to sport the lift kit. You might also have to put new socks all already too. So your looking at a good hunk of change if you this this. You can do this yourself if you know how. l can tell you it is hard to do l helped out with putting a 7 inch lift kit but that was 3 inch body lift and a 4suspension lift on the 74 chevy.
