we are taking a bad 3.8 v6 motor out of my 95 mustang and we are going to put a cougar supercharged v6 motor in we were wondering what all we would have to change to make it all bolt up.

A lot depends on year of each vehicle and transmission of each.

This will not be an easy swap. The 3.8L from the Cougar will not fit easily due to the location of the supercharger. There simply is not enough room under the hood of a Mustang for everything to fit easily. You will have a fair amount of custom fabrication to do. Rebuild what you have and get a supercharger for it.

Cool swap. Freshen up that cougar engine first so u wo not waste ur time. If the hood get is in the way, cut it! Blower is whether small or big sticking through hood is r bad a.

The way l would do it would be to remove the engine harness & pcm from the cougar & use this in the mustang. Both engines r 3.8 is maybe u will have luck & they will have the same motor mounts. l am assuming u will be using a t-5 as well. Should not be too difficult. Have fun.
