l know everyone says a suspension lift is better. But l wanna lift my truck just mostly for the look. l wo not be doing any more off-roading than l would with a stock truck. The most ''fun'' I'd be having is in the winter during snow. Would a body lift be worth it? And what are the pros and cons of each? And where is a good website to look for stuff like that?

Body Lift:
Pros - Cheap, fairly easy install, no alignment changes,
Cons - No higher ground clearance, limited to 2-3 inches, gaps between body & frame, bumpers cant be used to tow anymore & must be relocated usually provided in the kit.

Suspension Lift:
Pros - Higher ground clearance, 6-12'' possible depending on truck, no bumper problems, no body gaps
Cons - High cost, much more complicated install depending on application,


For what u want to do, sounds like a body lift would be ur best bet. Good luck.
