l have a 2000 3.0L ford ranger manual and l was trying to find a turbo l could put on, but l cant find anything. please help!

UPDATE: Next poster is incorrrect, Ford Motorsports makes a supercharger kit that is model specific for the 3.0 liter Ranger, l guess he just did not take the time to look it up. Oh well, his loss.

l do not know what links the other answerers have given u because THERE IS NO kit/installation made for ur engine.

it can still be turbocharged..by using a universal turbine & best for that is by garrett

other key components, waste gate, blow off valve, downpipe etc r all available for universal applications. other piping, wiring would have to be specially fabricated by yourself or pro-shop.

i estimate cost of parts approx $2500 & if u r relying on shop labor installation costs may be in the range of another $2000-3000 ..power does not come cheap.

in addition u will have to improve the existing engine air intake, exhaust & exhaust headers & retune the engine management system to deal with the modifications.

this all in should allow u to run a mild boost forced induction system, say 6lbs which will give u a hp increase over stock of approx 40%
