When l try to put on the turning signals it shows nothing on the dash, no ticking noise and outside the turning signals are not on. l changed the fuse and still no visible signals, inside or outside,Front or back . Only the hazard lights work. If you have any information, please provide. Thanks in advance.

it is the blinker switch. This is something you can do yourself. The part is not cheap (around $150.00), but it will solve your problem.

under the hood their is a relay panel that has larger or specialty fuse relays they may be the source of the problem.

Possible flasher unit, wire pulled out of multi function switch (turn signal switch) connector, multi function switch. Or if they quit working after you used the hazards, dirty contacts in the hazard switch, if this is the case work the hazard switch a bunch of times, sometimes this will clean the contacts and the turn signals will work again.
