Caliper sticking or a bad wheel bearing. Brake hoses do not generally clog which it would have to do. They generally rupture & leave u with no brakes. Put that point up on a jack stand, remove the wheel & ( once the rotor is cool) try turning it by hand. You should be able to see if the pads r holding it. Also try prying the pads away from the rotor slightly. If they wo not move away the caliper is definitely stuck. If they can be pried away & the wheel moves freely with no bearing noise the caliper is probably still sticking. If they can be pried away & the wheel moves with a scraping noise pull & replace the wheel bearing.

old brake lines can swell up and cause it, but they are usually older, but then they only cost $20. replace both caliper and hose to be safe..

by hand, spin the wheel while the vehicle is in the air. note how long it spins. then open the brake caliper bleeder screw. let fluid out for 10-20 seconds & close the bleeder back up. spin the wheel again. if the wheel is easier to spin, replace the brake hose. if not & the caliper is sticking, dissassemble & check to see if the piston is seized. if it is, replace it. if not check the slide pins, make sure they r very clean & dont bind in their slides. lube them with dielectic grease or other suitable synthetic brake lubricant.
